Product use:
It is applicable to the sealing of various cement base surfaces, mortar surfaces, brick walls and asbestos boards of internal and external walls. It is suitable for use with ceramstone products.
Product characteristics:
● Excellent alkali resistance sealing property, effectively blocking alkaline substances from the wall
● Better adhesion, which can effectively resist the tearing off of the coating by the textured paper
● Excellent water resistance to ensure adhesion of finish
● The product contains natural white sand to improve the construction performance of finish paint
● Suitable for brick imitation effect and batch scraping construction process
Construction process:
● Base course requirements: the base course shall be firm, flat, clean, dry (moisture content ≤ 10%), neutral (pH ≤ 10)
● Construction method: brush coating, roller coating, spraying
● Dilution: direct construction, dilution is not recommended
● Cleaning: After using the tools, please wash them with clean water immediately
● Construction conditions: construction temperature is 5-35 ℃, air humidity is not more than 85%, and construction should be avoided in windy weather and rainy season
Technical parameters:
● Theoretical dosage: 0.12-0.2kg/m ²/ One coat (the actual amount of paint will vary greatly due to the influence of construction methods, surface roughness and other factors)
● Drying: surface drying ≤ 2 hours, actual drying 7 days/25 ℃
● Recoating time: ≥ 4 hours (25 ℃, 50% relative humidity)
