Base surface treatment:
■The surface of the substrate should be firm and flat, clean and free from grease, batik and other loose substances. The new plastering base surface should be maintained for at least 14 days before the putty can be scraped. If the base surface is too dry before construction, it should be moistened with water in advance until there is no clear water.

Construction technology:
■ Pour an appropriate amount of water into the container first, then add the powder, and then use an electric mixer to fully stir it into a uniform paste, requiring no powder and no sediment. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes before stirring for a little while. The correct amount of water added and the standard stirring operation are very important to obtain a good construction effect. ■ Use batch embedding tools for batch embedding. After about 4 hours after the first layer of batch embedding is completed, the second batch of putty can be embedded and scraped flat. The thickness of each batch of leveling putty is preferably below 3mm, and the thickness of each batch of ultra-fine putty is preferably below 1mm.
■ After the putty layer is inlaid in batches, it can be polished at least 48 hours later.
■ Various paints can be painted 3-4 days after the batch embedding of the putty layer is completed. If an alkali-resistant primer is used, the curing time can be shortened.

Precautions:
■Do not mix the dry paste with water concrete before using it.
■Do not perform construction outside 5"C-40'C or under rain.
■After the putty layer is completed, it should be polished within 2-3 days.
■When the climate is dry or exposed to the sun, it should be sprayed with water for maintenance.
■Do not directly apply TSC1101 leveling putty and TSC1102 ultra-fine sub-surface on low water absorption base surfaces (such as tiles, mosaics, stone or base surfaces polished with cement paste), or non-cement mortar base surfaces (such as wooden boards, plywood, gypsum board or metal plate base), putty on special base, please consult our technical engineer.
■Do not directly apply non-water-based paint (such as fluorocarbon paint, epoxy resin paint, oil-based polyurethane paint, oil-based acrylic paint and other special paints) on the surface of TSC1101 leveling putty and TSC1102 ultra-fine sub-surface, and apply the putty layer of non-water-based latex paint , please consult our technical engineers.

Health and Safety
■ TSC1101 leveling putty and TSC1102 superfine putty are alkaline and will irritate the skin. During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes, and wear appropriate protective gloves and goggles. Once in contact with skin, rinse with clean water. If contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention as soon as possible. Diagnosis and treatment, this product is non-toxic and non-flammable.

■ Avoid direct sunlight, and store it off the ground on a pallet to prevent rainwater and avoid excessive stacking. If the above method is not stored, it may cause premature failure or agglomeration of the product.
