Base treatment

The surface of the substrate shall be cleaned first to remove all dust, oil stains and other dirt, and all loose materials shall be removed with clean water

According to the different base materials, different supporting materials are selected for repair and leveling. For example, TSC 1103 can be selected to level the cement surface, and TBP1503 or TE I 1502 can be selected to level the insulation base surface.

TST 1193 water-based alkali resistant sealing primer is used for base surface treatment. Before use, TST 1193 can be diluted according to the actual construction environment and construction methods (brush coating 25%, roll coating 20%, air spraying 30%, weight ratio)

Construction technology

TST 1612 is a premixed water-based product, which can be opened in barrels.

If dilution is required to adapt to different construction environments and methods, the amount of water added shall not be greater than 10% (weight ratio), and different processes and methods shall be selected for construction according to different finishing effects. It is recommended that the construction be carried out by trained professionals to ensure the best effect.

Matters needing attention

During product construction, the substrate temperature is required to be 5-40 ° C, the moisture content is less than 10%, and the air humidity is less than 75%.

The above products are not allowed to be constructed in a rainy environment. After construction, they shall be kept free from rain for at least 24 hours.

During the construction of outdoor wall, the drip line and drip tank shall be designed to avoid sewage pollution.

Health and Safety

TST 1612 real stone paint is weakly alkaline and will irritate the skin. During use, avoid inhaling dust and contacting skin and eyes, and wear appropriate protective gloves and eye masks. Once contacting skin, wash with water. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately and seek medical treatment as soon as possible. This product is non-toxic and non flammable.

To avoid direct sunlight, the product should be stored off the ground on a pallet to prevent rain wetting and excessive stacking. If the product is not stored according to the above methods, it may lead to premature failure or caking of the product.

Application matters

Painting area: 4-6 kg/m2.

Color: more than ten popular colors can be modulated according to customer needs.

Drying time: surface drying ≤ 4 hours, actual drying 7 days (temperature 25'C, relative humidity ≤ 75%).

Recoat interval: 4 hours.

Storage: It shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place. The temperature is below 5 "C, the relative humidity is>85%, and it is not suitable for construction in rainy days.

Construction conditions: dry, firm and clean during construction. There is no powdery shedding on the surface, no loose paint on the old wall, no grease, mold algae and other adhesions.
