Spraying method: spray 2~3 layers of single spray at 3.5kg air pressure, volatilization time is 2~3 minutes (25 ℃), and gun spacing is 15~20cm. After completely covering, spray the last layer with 2kg air pressure. After volatilization for 5~10 minutes, the maximum time is 1 hour, and then spray varnish.
Paint film thickness: 10-20 μ m
Drying time: at 25 ℃, spray varnish within 15 minutes and 1 hour
Scope of use: old paint surface or primer surface polished with P1000 # sandpaper or degreased
Others: After spraying 1K metallic paint, varnish shall be sprayed within 1 hour as far as possible. To ensure the accuracy and repeatability of color formula, it is required to mix evenly before use.
