Product characteristics:

● Good adhesion, good two-way affinity for substrate and coating, and avoid peeling of traditional plastering.

● It has good surface water resistance and air permeability to ensure that the wall and paint surface are dry and cool, and avoid yellowing, mildewing and peeling of paint film.

● Good constructability. Nearly perfect smooth surface can be obtained by simple troweling to reduce coating loss caused by uneven base surface.

● It is non-toxic, odorless, solvent free and nonflammable.

Scope of application

● It is suitable for cement mortar plastering of indoor walls, ceilings, etc. of high-grade buildings, and is used as the base course of the coating for leveling and scraping.

● It is suitable for leveling the indoor wall and ceiling of hotels, hotels, shopping malls, offices and other high-level commercial spaces.

● It is suitable for the leveling of indoor wall and ceiling base decoration in workshop, warehouse and other spaces.

● Do not directly paint on the non cement mortar plastering surface such as wood plate and metal. Please consult the professional technical engineer for application on the special base surface.

Base treatment:

■ The surface of the substrate shall be solid, flat, clean and free of grease, wax and other loose matters. The newly plastered base surface shall be cured for at least 14 days before puttying. If the base surface is too dry before construction, it shall be wetted with clean water in advance until there is no clear water.

Construction process:

■ Pour a proper amount of clean water into the container, then add the powder, and then use the electric mixer to fully mix it into a uniform paste, without powder or sediment. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes, and then mix it slightly. The correct amount of water and standard mixing operation are very important to obtain good construction results. ■ The second layer of putty shall be applied and leveled after the first layer of putty is applied for about 4 hours. The thickness of each batch shall be less than 1mm.

■ After the putty layer is embedded, it can be polished at least 48 hours later.

■ All kinds of paints can be applied 3-4 days after the putty layer is embedded. If alkali resistant primer is used, the curing time can be shortened.

Matters needing attention

■ Do not use the dried paste after adding water concrete.

■ Never work outside 5 "C-40C or in the rain.

■ After the putty layer is completed, it should be polished within 2-3 days.

■ The climate is dry and should be watered for curing.

■ It is forbidden to directly apply TSC1161 indoor waterproof putty and TSC1162 indoor environment-friendly putty on the base surface with low water absorption (such as ceramic tile, mosaic, stone or the base surface polished with cement paste) or non cement mortar (such as wood, plywood, gypsum board or metal board), and apply putty on special base surface. Health and Safety

■ TSC1161 indoor waterproof putty and TSC1162 indoor environment-friendly putty are alkaline, which will irritate the skin. During use, avoid inhaling dust and contacting skin and eyes, and wear appropriate protective gloves and eye shields. Once contacting skin, wash with water. If contacting eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible. This product is non-toxic and not flammable.

Keep in storage

■ To avoid direct sunlight, it should be stored off the ground on a pallet to prevent rain wetting and excessive stacking. If it is not stored according to the above methods, it may lead to premature failure or agglomeration of the product.
